| LKC did a great job working with my schedule. We didn't need the car while we were out of town for a few days. We dropped it off over the weekend and they kept it until we returned. It took them less than a day to get our A/C fixed and running cold. Chris was awesome to work with. He clarified exactly what was wrong with our A/C and they fixed it completely and for a fair price. |

One thing I appreciated was that I could tell they were trying to keep my costs down. Everything was done before the estimated time, and not once did they try to upsell or overcharge. |

| I called for an appointment, gave them my tire size and what I was look for. i was told there was a rebate on the tires and my appointment was set. The tires were there when I arrived and they were put on within a reasonable amount of time, and I was on my way in less than an hour. |
